This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the Royal Forge website at royalforge.crintech.pro (the "Site") and the related iOS, Android and browser extension companion tools (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you accept the terms set out below.

1. Identification of the Provider

The Service is operated by Crintech Studios, an independent project run by a sole developer based in Spain. Crintech Studios is not currently registered as a commercial entity; this Legal Notice will be updated with corporate and fiscal details once registration is completed.

2. Purpose of the Service

Royal Forge is a fan-made companion tool for the MMORPG Albion Online. It helps players search profiles, inspect kill data, compare market prices across cities, plan builds, and study player and guild activity. The Service is offered free of charge, without user accounts, without advertising, and without in-app purchases.

Royal Forge does not alter, stream, mirror or interfere with the Albion Online game client in any way. All game data shown is retrieved in real time from public APIs listed below.

3. Relationship with Sandbox Interactive GmbH

Royal Forge is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise associated with Sandbox Interactive GmbH, the publisher of Albion Online.

"Albion Online" and all related logos, item names, spell names, icons, artwork and in-game terminology are trademarks or copyrighted material of Sandbox Interactive GmbH. These materials are used here solely to identify the game content being discussed for the benefit of fellow players (nominative fair use), consistent with how other companion tools operate in the Albion Online community.

The original source code, layout, UI design, written content and tooling of Royal Forge are the property of Crintech Studios. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works of these original materials without written permission.

Game-related assets (item icons, spell icons, item names, game terminology) remain the property of Sandbox Interactive GmbH. Their inclusion in the Service is limited to identifying game content for the benefit of the Albion Online player community and is subject to Sandbox Interactive's rights and policies.

This Legal Notice may be updated from time to time, in particular when the legal structure around Crintech Studios is formalized (entity registration, fiscal identifiers, additional services, etc.). The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Legal Notice.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Legal Notice or the use of the Service shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
